Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful customer or business problem end-to-end from insight and strategy to launch, adoption and sustained impact. You will define the product direction, make clear trade-offs and lead a cross-functional squad spanning Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support. This is a high-ownership role for someone equally comfortable speaking to customers, analysing product funnels, shaping AI-enabled experiences, developing sharp product narratives and driving execution through ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Translate company priorities and customer needs into a clear product thesis, north-star metric and outcome-led roadmap.
- Customer Discovery: Establish a continuous discovery rhythm using qualitative research, behavioural data, support insights and competitive intelligence to distinguish genuine customer problems from feature requests.
- AI-Native Product Experiences: Identify opportunities where AI can improve discovery, matching, trust, assistance, personalisation and operational efficiency. Define quality, safety and evaluation guardrails.
- Growth & Experimentation: Improve activation, engagement, conversion, retention and monetisation through structured hypotheses, rapid experimentation and disciplined learning.
- Product Craft: Partner with Design to build intuitive and accessible experiences across Android, iOS and web, with attention to content, edge cases and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Data & Decision-Making: Define instrumentation and success metrics before development, analyse funnels and cohorts, evaluate trade-offs and use evidence to determine what to start, stop or scale.
- End-to-End Delivery: Convert strategy into clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria while managing dependencies and driving high-quality releases.
- Trust, Quality & Scale: Design for privacy, safety, reliability and platform reuse while anticipating failure modes and partnering with Engineering and Operations on resilient solutions.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Clearly communicate product rationale, progress, risks and learnings while aligning senior stakeholders around key decisions.
- Team Multiplier: Raise the bar for product thinking, mentor PMs where relevant and strengthen reusable practices across discovery, experimentation and execution.

- Measurable improvement in agreed customer and business metrics rather than merely increasing feature or release volume.
- Discovery and experimentation becoming repeatable operating practices with faster learning cycles.
- Simpler, more trusted and personalised customer journeys with reduced operational and quality issues.
- Better decision-making, predictable execution and visible learning from both successful and unsuccessful initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 6 - 10 years of overall experience, including 4+ years in Product Management.
- Demonstrated ownership of meaningful B2C / Consumer Internet product outcomes.
- Strong experience across both 0-to-1 product development and product scaling.
- Ability to take ambiguous customer or business problems from discovery through launch, adoption, growth and operational scale.
- Strong product judgement with the ability to balance customer value, business viability, technical feasibility and speed.
- Strong analytical capability across funnels, cohorts, experimentation, metric design and product analytics.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools for research, prototyping, analysis or workflow acceleration.
- Sound judgement regarding where AI should and should not be incorporated into customer experiences.
- Strong track record of partnering with Engineering and Design teams and shipping high-quality digital products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of growth, revenue, unit economics and commercial trade-offs.
Good to Have:
- Experience in matchmaking, social discovery, marketplaces, subscriptions, fintech, consumer services or other trust-intensive categories.
- Working knowledge of SQL, analytics platforms, prototyping tools or experimentation systems.
- Experience building multilingual or India-first consumer products.
- Exposure to recommendation systems, conversational interfaces, personalisation or Generative AI product development.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- An MBA or relevant advanced qualification is preferred; however, demonstrated product impact, learning agility and leadership will be given greater weight than academic pedigree.
