We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications through thorough manual and API testing.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar tools.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and defect triage.
Prepare test execution reports and provide quality status updates.
Required qualifications
Experience in manual testing.
Proficiency in test case design.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
Nice to have
Knowledge of automated testing tools.
Understanding of performance testing concepts.
