Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap for a portfolio of extensions, taking product concepts from ideation and validation through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.

• Identify user needs and business opportunities and transform them into engaging interactive products, games, tools, and new user experiences.

• Define product vision, target audience, value proposition, MVP scope, success criteria, and key product and business metrics for each extension.

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers throughout the complete product development lifecycle, balancing user value, business impact, product quality, and delivery speed.

• Use product analytics, user feedback, experiments, and A/B tests to understand user behavior, evaluate performance, and continuously improve released extensions.

• Monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions about further product development.

• Clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, results, and trade-offs, driving alignment and effective decision-making.

Requirements

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering consumer-facing digital products from initial idea through launch and post-release development.

• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs, product experiences, business goals, and measurable outcomes.

• Experience transforming early-stage ideas and business opportunities into clear product concepts, MVPs, roadmaps, and executable development plans.

• Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, engagement, retention, monetization, and experimentation.

• Experience in game development, interactive entertainment, social products, live-streaming platforms, or gamified consumer products is a strong plus.
