We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity where you will drive operational excellence and lead our warehouse to new heights of efficiency.
The Impact You Will Make: As our Warehouse Manager, you will be the backbone of our supply chain. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of goods, ensuring that every item is accounted for and every process is optimized. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to meet customer demands and maintain a seamless flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead warehouse operations: storage layout, 5S, and inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
Plan and optimize material distribution to production lines
Manage packaging design and development for export projects, test samples, and overseas shipments, from draft to validation
Ensure compliance with hazardous material packaging regulations.
Manage suppliers and logistics partners: onboarding, vendor selection, prototype confirmation, and quality assessment
Drive cost reduction and support packaging automation initiatives
Oversee internal recycling and packaging waste classification
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required to meet the strategic demands of this role.
Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, demonstrating a clear track record of success.
Strong English (spoken and written)
Career Level: You are an established Manager with the proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operational workflows.
Core Expertise: Mastery of Warehousing, Stock Management, and Inventory Management is essential.
Leadership: Exceptional skills in Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Health & Safety Compliance.
Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
