ORGANIC GROWTH TEAM

Our Organic Growth Team drives sustainable growth by turning organic channels into meaningful business impact. We combine content, technical expertise, data, and experimentation to improve visibility, grow high-performing organic traffic, and unlock new opportunities across our portfolio.

This team works at the intersection of strategy and execution - partnering closely with content, product, and development teams to turn ideas into measurable results. YOU

You are a structured and proactive Project Manager who knows how to keep complex projects moving and people aligned. You are confident in working with different stakeholders, managing priorities, and creating clarity in fast-moving environments.

You enjoy bringing order to complexity, improving processes, and making sure good ideas turn into well-executed projects. You do not need to be the deepest SEO expert in the room, but you should be genuinely interested in digital growth, comfortable working with performance data, and motivated by helping teams deliver strong results together.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and coordinate SEO projects from planning to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with team goals and timelines

• Work closely with content, product, and development teams to deliver effective SEO initiatives and integrated solutions

• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, and key milestones, and make sure progress stays on track

• Use project management tools such as ClickUp to manage workflows, assign tasks, and monitor delivery

• Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication, regular updates, and structured follow-through

• Track project performance, identify bottlenecks or risks, and help make data-informed adjustments when needed

• Support the improvement of internal processes, workflows, and automation to increase team efficiency

• Help structure team priorities and performance tracking through frameworks such as OKRs

• Support departmental coordination tasks, including invoice and payment administration

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Experience in project management, coordination, or a similar role in a digital environment

• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track

• Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders, especially content and development teams

• Confidence using project management tools and working in structured, deadline-driven environments

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and follow-through

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and performance-driven work

• Familiarity with SEO, reporting, or performance data analysis would be an advantage

GROSS SALARY

2900-3900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
