A new YouTube team focused on launching and scaling high-potential channels in new categories, starting with finance. Working like a lean growth unit, the team combines content, business thinking, and experimentation to build channels with strong audience and commercial potential from the ground up.

YOU

A creative YouTube scriptwriter/creative director who turns structured research into top-tier, high-retention video content.

You are the creative bridge between hard facts and visual storytelling. You know how to take a solid script draft, upgrade the hooks, sharpen the narrative, and define the visual blueprint. By setting a clear creative vision, you empower our video editors to do their best work, ensuring every project reaches its maximum potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Improve research-based script drafts by strengthening hooks, pacing, clarity, and retention throughout the story

• Turn written scripts into clear visual direction for the team, including B-roll, on-screen graphics, structure, and overall creative approach

• Work closely with video editors throughout the editing process, giving feedback and guidance to help bring the creative vision to life

• Use YouTube performance data, including retention and CTR insights, to refine intros, pacing, and visual storytelling choices

• Take ownership of the final creative quality of each video, making sure the script and edit work together effectively before publishing

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Strong experience in YouTube scriptwriting or creative direction, with a clear understanding of what works on the platform

• A sharp sense of visual storytelling, including pacing, motion graphics, and how visuals support the narrative

• Ability to give clear creative direction and collaborate effectively with video editors

• A data-informed mindset and confidence using performance insights such as retention and CTR to improve content

• A practical approach to AI tools, using them to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining high quality

• Excellent written and spoken English for content aimed at a global audience

GROSS SALARY

• From 2700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
