PPC DEPARTMENT

YOU

A curious, data-driven mind with a creative streak. You have some hands-on experience in performance marketing and a genuine interest in ad creatives - how they're built, why they work, and what makes people click. You’re eager to learn fast, take feedback well, and grow into someone who can develop ad concepts and creative directions that are built to perform. You enjoy combining creative thinking with numbers and performance insights, and you're excited to work closely with marketing and analytics teams to develop your creative and analytical skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the development and production of ad creatives for Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Learn to translate marketing strategies and performance insights into conversion-focused ad concepts, hooks, angles, and creative briefs.

• Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, designers/editors, and data analysts to develop and brief new creative directions.

• Help analyze creative performance data and apply learnings to future iterations

• Stay curious about digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices

• Manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously, building speed and consistency over time

• Research competitors, audiences, and winning ad patterns to help identify new angles, hooks, and creative opportunities.

• Write clear creative briefs for designers, editors, and other creative production partners.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Some experience or foundational knowledge in digital marketing, performance marketing, or Paid Social

• Basic familiarity with platforms like Meta, TikTok, or YouTube

• An analytical mindset and interest in understanding how creative impacts performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI)

• Strong communication skills in English and attention to detail

• A proactive, curious mindset, eager to learn and grow within a data-driven creative team

GROSS SALARY

• From 1900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
