We're looking for a Growth Strategist with a strong analytical background and a strategic mindset - someone who can turn data into a clear growth strategy, present it confidently to clients, and drive its execution end-to-end.

Your mission
Own the growth strategy for our clients - translate business goals into a clear, data-backed plan, present it to stakeholders, and drive its execution by partnering with the Growth Analyst, design, and engineering teams to move the metrics that matter.Responsibilities
- Understand client needs - go deep on each client's business model, audience, and goals to define what "growth" really means for them.
- Build the growth strategy - design data-backed growth plans across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Prioritize initiatives by impact and effort.
- Be the client-facing growth lead - drive the strategy directly with the client. Present plans, defend recommendations, and translate insights into decisions.
- Partner with the Growth Analyst - collaborate to extract insights from product, marketing, and user data, and turn analysis into action.
- Present strategy and results - communicate progress, learnings, and next steps clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Own SEO & AEO performance - track keyword performance, surface optimization opportunities, and propose improvements to rank higher across search engines and AI answer engines.
- Track experiments and growth initiatives - keep a clear pulse on what's running, what's working, and what's next. Document learnings to scale wins and retire underperformers (together with the Growth Analyst).
Requirements
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in growth, product, marketing analytics, SEO, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and conversion metrics.
- Experience designing and presenting growth strategies to clients or executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and AEO - keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO basics.
- Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools (Posthog, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar).
- Solid understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, statistical significance basics).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Background
- Agency, startup, or product team experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with growth frameworks (AARRR, Product-Led Growth, Lean Analytics, JTBD).
- Comfort with no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Webflow).
- Experience applying generative AI to growth workflows - research, content, experimentation, reporting.
We especially value
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or DevTools clients.
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests, onboarding flows, or conversion optimization initiatives.
- SQL basics and comfort with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Data Studio).
- Executive presence - the ability to lead a strategy conversation with a CEO or Head of Growth.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
