• Serve as legal counsel for company’s IP division; provide counseling on all aspects of IP related legal issues including asset management, dispute resolution and litigation.
  • Serve as main point of contact and manage all day to day activities in complex patent litigation and pre-litigation disputes; partner with outside counsel to take an active role in dispute management; develop practical approaches to mitigating risks and resolving disputes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, business and other corporate functions in driving global IP goals and strategies.
