3. 現有設備/系統設定維護：負責系統設定與權限管理，處理日常維運。

4. 專案資源配置與時程管理：編排時程與資源，監控進度、風險並確保里程碑達成。

5. 跨部門溝通協調：擔任利害關係人橋樑，促成共識推動專案進度與使用者培訓。

6. 數據洞察分析：分析系統與流程數據，建立報表/儀表板並提出優化建議。
