Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Learning and Development Specialist  to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of training programs across the company, including onboarding, product/software training, and company-wide learning initiatives. The role will work closely with L&D, Product, Operations, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs.
• Develop e-learning courses, scripts, videos, quizzes, and activities.
• Create and maintain software/product training and update training as products change.
• Research and synthesize information from documentation into clear learning materials.
• Support LMS administration.
• Manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Support broader L&D initiatives as needed.

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to research and synthesize complex information.
• Comfortable learning and using new software/tools.
• Creative approach to learning and content development.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions.
• Perfect English skills; both written and oral.
• Residing in Istanbul city center.

Nice-to-have:

• L&D / instructional design experience (Synthesia experience).
• LMS experience.
• E-learning or video-production experience.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
• Knowledge-management/documentation experience.
• Experience creating onboarding programs.

• This is a permanent contractor role with Medsien Inc.
• This position is based in Istanbul.
