A Day in the Life
As we are building our new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization, we are looking for Customer Care Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional services and who thrive in a fast-moving environment.This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex customer challenges, driving operational excellence, and helping teams succeed. While you will contribute to projects, process improvements, and system enhancements, you will also remain closely connected to day-to-day customer care operations and customer interactions. Your work will directly support healthcare providers and ultimately contribute to patient care.
We are looking for experienced professionals who combine strong operational expertise with a passion for continuous improvement and customer excellence.
This position is based in Madrid, Spain, and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of office-based and remote work. Travel is expected to be minimal and primarily associated with business meetings, training, or organizational initiatives.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will combine advanced customer operations expertisewith a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will support complex customer situations, drive process enhancements, provideoperational guidance, and contribute to projects and business initiatives while remainingactively involved in day-to-day customer care activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for complex customer inquiries, operational processes, and escalated issues
Manage customer transactions, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities while ensuring operational accuracy and quality
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer and operational matters
Identifyopportunities to improve processes, simplify workflows, and implement sustainable solutions
Participate in projects, system implementations, business initiatives, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality requirements
Analyze operational data and performance trends to identifyopportunities for improvement
Support knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and training activities across the Customer Care team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 4+ years,orAssociate's Degreewith 2+ years, or Bachelor's Degreewith 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer operations, service support, or a related environment
Professional proficiencyin English and Spanishboth written and verbal
Experience managing complex customer situations, escalations, or cross-functional operational processes
Experience analyzing operational data and applying insights to support improvements.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting customers within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as SAP or Salesforce
Proficiencyin additional[Languages]
Experience participatingin projects, business transformation initiatives, or system implementations
Experience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives
