A Day in the Life

Working closely with country and commercial leadership, this role will provide forward-looking financial insights, challenge business assumptions and translate analysis into actions that drive sustainable growth, profitability and cash performance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Partner with Vietnam & CML (Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos) leadership on business planning, priorities and key financial decisions.

• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Latest Best Estimate (LBE), forecastingand performance reviews, with clear visibility of risks and opportunities.

• Provide insights across revenue, pricing, mix, margin, OPEX, operating profit, inventory, working capitaland cash flow.

• Support pricing, tenders, commercial deals, distributor economics, investments and business cases through scenario, ROIand profitability analysis.

• Partner cross-functionallyto drivegrowth, margin improvement, productivity, inventory optimizationand cash generation.

• Maintain strong financial governance, controlsand compliance with Medtronic policies.

• Leverage data, analyticsand digital tools to improve decision-making and drive simplification and automation.

• Collaborate across Commercial, Supply Chain, Pricing, HR, SEA Financeand other functions, leading through influence and constructive challenges.

What We’reLooking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accountingwith 5+ years of relevant finance experience;or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, controlling or finance business partnering.

• Strong financial analysis, modeling, business acumenand stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to influence and partner effectively across functions and senior stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a multinational environment.

• Experience supporting country, cluster or business-unit leadership with broad P&L responsibilities.

• Healthcare, Medical Devices, life sciencesor other regulated-industry experience.

• Multi-country, emerging-marketand/or distributor business experience.

• Experience with pricing, tenders, commercial dealsand investment evaluation.

• Proficiencyin Excel and experience with SAP, OneStream, Power BIor similar tools.

• CMA, CIMA, ACCAorequivalent qualification isan advantage.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONAL CAREER STREAM: Management and supervisory professionals with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic activities within a specified area.
