A Day in the Life

As an Intern within the Finance Team you will support reporting, analysis and business planning activities that help drive financial performance and decision-making across the region. Working closely with finance professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, business performance management and digital finance initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to develop analytical, technical and communication skills while contributing to meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.

You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues across Finance and other business functions, gaining insight into how data-driven decisions support business growth and operational excellence.

Internship Details

• Start date: 1 November
• Location: Prague
• Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for another 6 months
• Working hours: 20 hours per week
• Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring financial and business performance reports.
• Assist in collecting, validating, reconciling and organising data from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Help analyse financial and operational data and support variance analysis activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, management reports and materials for business reviews.
• Support the maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools and analytical solutions, including initiatives related to reporting automation and process improvement.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Would be a Plus

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query or similar business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
• Interest in data analytics, automation and digital finance solutions.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting, planning and business performance metrics.
