We’re Senvio, a software agency based in Brno and Prague, specializing in helping companies modernize outdated systems and migrate to scalable, high-performance architectures. We collaborate with clients worldwide, with a strong presence in the Nordic region and the USA and we're looking for a full-stack developer to join a product team working on a data-heavy web platform. The system ingests, processes, and surfaces structured business intelligence to end users through a modern SPA, backed by a clean architecture API.
What you'll work on?
Feature development across a React/TypeScript frontend and a .NET 8 backend
Building pipelines that ingest and dedupe external feeds, then use LLMs to tag content against a taxonomy
API design and integration work, including third-party data sources
Query and search performance, including Elasticsearch-backed features
Building and optimizing LLM harnesses and tooling that connects language models to internal systems
Collaborating with product and design to scope and ship new capabilities
Required skills:
Strong TypeScript and React experience (hooks, React Query or similar server state libraries, form validation with schema-based tooling)
Strong C# and ASP.NET Core experience; comfort with clean architecture patterns (separation of API, domain, infrastructure layers)
SQL Server experience, including stored procedures; you're comfortable writing and reasoning about data access without an ORM abstraction layer
Experience building data pipelines that combine deterministic processing (deduplication, matching) with LLM-based classification or extraction steps
Experience with JWT-based authentication flows
Git based workflow, code review discipline, and writing tests for backend logic
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience building or optimizing LLM harnesses (prompt orchestration, evaluation loops, context management, tool calling reliability)
Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) tooling or similar agent/tool integration layers
Experience designing or working with content taxonomies and classification schemas
Elasticsearch or similar search engine experience
Experience with serverless/queue driven jobs (Azure Functions or equivalent)
Familiarity with monorepo tooling (Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or similar)
Experience working from Figma designs and translating them into production UI
What we're looking for?
Someone who can move between frontend and backend comfortably, communicates clearly about trade-offs, and is used to working in an existing, opinionated codebase rather than greenfield.
What we can offer?
Real projects for international clients where your work makes an impact
A genuine say in decision-making and product direction
Opportunities to experiment with AI-first development
A friendly and open company culture with plenty of shared activities (sports, console gaming, movie nights, table football, team-building events, shared breakfasts…)
Flexible working hours and the option to work from home
Offices in the center of Brno and in Prague
The opportunity to attend conferences, workshops, and training
