A Day in the Life

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Support the introduction of new products from development through production ramp-up.

• Review critical equipment and fixture designs to ensure manufacturing readiness.

• Create, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation.

• Support infrastructure and facilities requirements for new manufacturing cells and build areas.

• Prepare and analyse yield and equipment downtime reports.

• Provide Gemba support and help drive cell improvements.

• Maintain product and manufacturing data in SAP and related systems.

• Support SAP ME implementation and launch activities.

• Represent the voice of operations, reporting and escalating issues as they arise.

• Lead and participate in root cause investigations using appropriate methodology, such as DMAIC and 5 why.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum Level 8 Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 year’ experience required in industry, preferably in new product introduction.

• Strong understanding of process development, equipment qualification, and validation activities.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.

• Ability to demonstrate Medtronic Mindsets in their work and good presentation skills.

• We are looking for a good communicator and fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.

Nice to haves:

• Experience supporting SAP ME implementation.

• Experience with DMAIC.

• Knowledge of SAP/Agile is an advantage.
