A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Partner with Commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered analytics and data solutions.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, AI, and IT teams to design, implement, and enhance AI data agent solutions.
• Define and prioritize use cases that enable users to access insights through conversational AI and natural language interactions.
• Support testing, validation, and optimization of AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business alignment.
• Partner with data governance teams to establish trusted data sources, KPI definitions, semantic models, and business rules.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and adoption activities.
• Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance on AI business analysis best practices, governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Required Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology and analytics solutions.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile delivery.
• Solid understanding of data analytics concepts, including KPIs, reporting, data quality, governance, and business intelligence.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business needs into data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational analytics, and AI-enabled business workflows.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Snowflake Cortex AI, Databricks Genie, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and reporting platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate across business, data, AI, and technology teams.
• Experience supporting AI agents, conversational analytics, natural language query tools, or self-service analytics platforms is advantageous
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, semantic models, metadata management, and data governance frameworks is advantageous
• Experience in commercial analytics domains such as sales, marketing, pricing, customer insights, or business performance management is advantageous
• Experience working in regulated industries such as MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or financial services is advantageous
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is advantageous
