A Day in the Life
This role focuses on receiving, packing and transportation tasks within a distribution or manufacturing logistics environment. You coordinate and/or train the processing of in- & outgoing goods, check quality, problem-solving and ensure shipments and documents are handled correctly in a timely matter.An experienced and motivated logistics employee responsible for inbound, outbound, and transport activities, with a focus on accurate processing, compliance with procedures, and support of the operational flow.
Primary responsibilities:
- Coordination of the process, checking, packing and shipping goods
- Training of (new) employees.
- Problem solving, tracking & logging of issues
- Processing documents such as packing sheets and bills of loading
- Applying transport and shipping procedures
- Supporting warehouse or production processes
- Contributing ideas for improvements and small process adjustments
- Coaching colleagues based on experience
Required qualifications:
- Languages Dutch/ English
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Certificate of Conduct ( allowed to work in airfreight secured zone)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Team player
- Willingness to work in shifts

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Netherlands: 36,000.00 EUR - 54,000.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
