ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

  • Лидирование процесса бюджетирования и контроля расходования затрат на персонал: организация бюджетного процесса, формирование, согласование, консолидация, контроль расходов на персонал, обсуждение бюджетов и презентация аналитики руководителям различного уровня

  • Формирование аналитики и отчетности, презентаций для руководства по ежемесячной аналитике, квартальной отчетности, годовой отчётности, аналитике по запросам

  • Обработка данных, разработка методики расчета, статистический анализ и моделирование для подготовки аналитических отчетов

  • Формирование системы регулярной отчетности

  • Систематизация запросов на изменения регулярной отчетности и аналитических инструментов

  • Автоматизации и оптимизации существующих видов отчетности и аналитики

  • Выявление причинно-следственных связей отклонений, описание выводов

  • Выстраивание краткосрочных и долгосрочных прогнозных моделей на основании HR-метрик

  • Мониторинг рынка труда, вознаграждений и участие в обзорах заработных плат, анализ конкурентов

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:

  • Высшее образование (экономическое, финансовое, математическое)

  • Релевантный опыт работы в HR аналитик от 3-х лет

  • Владение методами анализа и статистики

  • Опытный пользователь: MS Office (Word, Power Point), 1С, Excel - высокий уровень

  • Готовность к многозадачности и высокому темпу
