About the Role This role is pivotal in expanding the reach and capabilities of Siemens' industrial AI platform, Intelligence Center X (ICX), through a robust and high-performing partner ecosystem. You will empower our partners to successfully position, architect, and deliver transformative industrial AI solutions using ICX, Mendix low-code development, Generative AI, and enterprise data. A core focus will be on continuous enablement, providing deep technical guidance, and fostering collaborative solution development with partners to ensure their success in bringing ICX's truly differentiated capabilities to leading companies.

What You'll Do

• Partner Enablement & Expertise Development:
• Lead the continuous technical enablement of ICX partners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage Siemens' industrial AI platform, including its core graph, ontology, machine learning, and agentic AI technology.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical workshops, architecture sessions, and training programs specifically tailored for the partner ecosystem. These will cover ICX capabilities, Mendix integration, Generative AI, and agentic development patterns.
• Educate partners on advanced AI architecture patterns, such as agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and best practices for enterprise AI governance.
• Guide partners in understanding how Mendix, ICX's Graph capabilities, AI services, and enterprise data can work together to create comprehensive end-to-end customer solutions.
• Solution Architecture & Strategic Guidance for Partners:
• Collaborate closely with partners to design and architect innovative, business-relevant enterprise agentic AI use cases for their clients, leveraging the full potential of ICX, Mendix, and enterprise data.
• Provide expert technical consultation and architectural guidance to partners throughout their client engagements, from initial discovery and qualification to solution delivery and adoption.
• Enable partners to model a customer's domain as an enterprise ontology, build agents and machine learning that reason over it and act on it, and deliver working agentic applications that compel investment.
• Address partners' and their clients' technical questions, concerns, and competitive objections, providing clear, credible, and tailored recommendations.
• Demonstration & Proof-of-Concept Development with Partners:
• Work hand-in-hand with partners to develop compelling business and technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts utilizing Mendix, ICX, and Generative AI, tailored to specific industry use cases.
• Showcase best practices for application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management within partner-developed solutions.
• Demonstrate seamless integration of ICX solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, supporting partner efforts to integrate with their clients' existing IT landscapes.
• Ecosystem Growth & Channel Strategy:
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and directly contributing to the growth and success of the ICX partner ecosystem.
• Work closely with sales teamsand global ICX leaders to evolve and optimize our partner engagement model and scale our solutions effectively through the channel.
• Contribute to the ICX product roadmap by providing valuable partner feedback and insights gathered from channel engagements and market needs.

Skills and Experience

We look for experience or strong potential in the following areas:

• Leading Technical Teams& Enablement: Proven experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, and enabling technical teams, ideally within a partner-facing or channel context.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing agents and AI solutions grounded in enterprise data, including LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and Multi-Concept Programming (MCP). Familiarity with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is highly valued.
• Enterprise Ontology & Knowledge Graphs: Expertise in modelling real business domains as an ontology or knowledge graph and effectively putting it to work in an enterprise environment.
• Modern Data & AI Platforms: Experience working with leading platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
• Mendix & Low-Code: Experience with Mendix application development, architecture, or consulting, with the ability to demonstrate and integrate Mendix with AI services and enterprise processes.
• Data Engineering & Analytics: Proficiency in understanding how a company's data is spread across its systems, bringing it together, and modelling it effectively for AI applications.
• Technical Consulting Leadership: Experience leading client engagements and delivery teamsin agentic AI, data, and analytics, guiding them from concept to successful implementation.
• Senior Presence: Ability to lead working sessions with both technical and business stakeholders, including executives, within partner organizations and their clients, confidently driving technical and strategic discussions.
• Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services is a significant plus, enabling quicker understanding of partner and client needs.

Closing

The salary range for this position is $125,300 to $250,600. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. A comprehensive benefits package is also available.
