- Do prompt engineering and evals for agentic systems.
- Define product strategy with founders.
- Talk to recruiters and hiring managers weekly.
- Convert qualitative hiring behaviour into scalable product experiences.
- Design AI-native workflows.
- Prioritise platform capabilities.
- Work closely with AI and engineering.
