Key Responsibilities

- Resolve complex inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes.
- Collaborate with international teams to meet and exceed performance KPIs and quality benchmarks.
- Utilize deep product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and offer proactive, value-added guidance to end-users.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality Customer Support Services.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment in Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in a contact center or service-led industry is highly preferred.
