We are currently looking for a Ruby developer

Mercury Development specializes in developing custom software for various US companies: from large enterprises to tiny startups.

Our apps are used by 50 million people all over the world, and many of our products have been featured on the App Store and covered by TechCrunch, Engadget, and Gizmodo. We have over 500 highly qualified and skilled specialists working on dozens of interesting projects and based all over the world!

Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of OOP

  • Experience developing with Ruby on Rails

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Experience with Postgres

  • Experience developing web services

  • Understanding of REST/JSON principles

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS)

  • Experience with Docker

  • Knowledge of RSpec

  • Experience with Grape, Sidekiq

  • Knowledge of OmniAuth and hands-on experience with OAuth integrations (OpenID, SAML)

  • Basic knowledge of Python

  • Experience working with and integrating Stripe

  • Experience working with and integrating Salesforce

  • English proficiency: B1 or higher
