This role is about thinking deeply and building rigorously. You’ll work with massive datasets, apply advanced quantitative techniques, and collaborate with traders and developers to bring strategies from idea to execution.

What You'll Do
- Research, design, and backtest quantitative trading strategies
- Apply mathematics, statistics, and machine learning to identify patterns and predict market movements
- Develop pricing models, risk frameworks, and alpha signals
- Analyze market microstructure and liquidity dynamics to refine execution logic
- Work with traders to calibrate and validate live strategies
- Collaborate with technologists to translate research into production-ready code
- Conduct post-trade analytics to continuously improve model performance
- Stay ahead of market trends, academic research, and emerging technologies
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of experience in quantitative research, trading, or applied data science
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and optimization
- Proficient in Python, R, MATLAB, or C++ for research and prototyping
- Experience with time-series analysis, signal processing, or ML methods
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and driven by curiosity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-stakes environment
