Marketing Expert (Event Management Focus)

You will primarily be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate events across the Group, ranging from local initiatives to international, Group-level conferences, workshops, employee engagement and employer branding events. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and a consistent brand experience.

Besides event management, you will support a wide range of marketing and communication activities, contributing to the successful implementation of the Group's marketing strategy and strengthening employee and stakeholder engagement across markets.

Main Responsibilities

• plan, organize and coordinate offline, online and hybrid events across MET Group
• manage local and group-level corporate events from concept development through execution and post-event evaluation
• manage relationships with external agencies, including coordination of project deliverables and administration processes such as obtaining quotations, supporting contract management, certificate of completion and all other related administrative tasks
• coordinate the development and continuous improvement of event-related digital platforms in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, external vendors and development partners
• develop and coordinate event and campaign communications across internal and external channels
• drive employer branding initiatives through innovative employee-focused events and engagement activities
• proactively identify and implement new event concepts, formats and creative solutions supporting employer branding objectives
• support the company's corporate image, brand visibility and reputation-building activities
• support the marketing and communication activities of MET Group’s subsidiaries and business units
• support website and intranet content updates and collaborate with external agencies on digital development projects
• monitor industry trends, benchmark best practices and recommend new marketing initiatives
• provide operational support in other marketing projects
• provide direct administrative and operational support for the Group Marketing Communications leadership

• BSc, MSc degree in marketing, communications, business administration
• 5-6 years of professional experience in marketing and event management, agency-side background is appreciated
• experience in planning and managing corporate events
• experience creating communication materials for digital and internal communication channels
• fluent English, both written and spoken
• knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and experience working with digital event platforms and webinar tools are appreciated
• experience in employer branding initiatives and employee engagement programs are considered as an advantage
