Мы ищем Senior Python Developer для разработки и развития высоконагруженных backend-систем для очной работы в офисе в г. Алматы. Вам предстоит участвовать в проектировании архитектуры, создании новых сервисов, оптимизации производительности и обеспечении стабильной работы продукта.

Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Разрабатывать и поддерживать backend-сервисы на Python 3.12+
  • Создавать REST API на FastAPI
  • Поддерживать микросервисную и event-driven архитектуру
  • Работать с Apache Kafka
  • Оптимизировать базы данных PostgreSQL
  • Поддерживать высоконагруженные и отказоустойчивые системы
  • Оптимизировать производительность приложений и запросов
  • Работать с асинхронным программированием, asyncio и event loop
  • Участвовать в разборе production-инцидентов
  • Взаимодействовать с DevOps, QA, аналитиками и другими разработчиками

Что мы ожидаем

  • Опыт коммерческой разработки на Python от 3 лет
  • Уверенное знание Python 3.12+
  • Практический опыт работы с FastAPI
  • Понимание асинхронного программирования
  • Понимание принципов работы event loop, coroutine, threading и multiprocessing
  • Хорошее понимание GIL и его влияния на производительность
  • Опыт разработки высоконагруженных систем
  • Практический опыт работы с Apache Kafka
  • Глубокое знание PostgreSQL
  • Умение оптимизировать SQL-запросы, индексы и транзакции
  • Опыт работы с Redis
  • Знание SQLAlchemy, Alembic и Pydantic
  • Опыт разработки микросервисной архитектуры
  • Опыт работы с Docker и Kubernetes
  • Понимание принципов масштабирования, отказоустойчивости и распределённых систем
  • Опыт написания unit- и integration-тестов
  • Уверенное владение Git

Будет преимуществом

  • Опыт работы с Prometheus, Grafana, ELK или OpenSearch
  • Опыт настройки CI/CD
  • Опыт работы с distributed tracing и observability
  • Знание Domain-Driven Design
