Role overview

We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. The role involves developing scalable backend services, working with MySQL or PostgreSQL, supporting REST APIs, and contributing to deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Linux-based cloud environments. Candidates should be engineering graduates with good problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn modern backend practices and AI-powered development workflows. Exposure to Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or AI/ML tools will be an added advantage.
