Role overview
We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager with 5-8 years of BMS/building automation experience to lead internal project coordination across Enlite's BMS implementations. You will act as the critical bridge between software development and field commissioning teams - managing project timelines, resolving technical gaps, and ensuring system readiness through deep expertise in BMS controllers, sensors, field devices, and platforms like Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, and Johnson Controls. The ideal candidate brings sharp analytical skills, hands-on experience with tools like Modscan, BACeye, and Yabe, and the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers through complex delivery cycles.
