Role overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Product Manager with 2-4 years of experience to help build innovative enterprise software products. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate customer needs into product features, define product requirements, manage Agile backlogs, and drive successful product releases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and creating products that deliver exceptional customer value. Required Skills & Experience: BE/BTech degree with 2-4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and product lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
