Role overview
We are looking for a technically strong and product-driven Technical Product Manager with 5-8 years of experience in software product development, including hands-on software engineering experience, to lead the evolution of Enlite's advanced Building Management System (BMS) platform. Operating at the intersection of IoT, AI, and building automation, you will own the product end-to-end - from defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to driving feature development, platform scalability, and market adoption. The role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and connected systems, along with the ability to work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership, technical curiosity, and the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives are critical to success. Prior exposure to BMS, smart buildings, IoT ecosystems, or automation platforms will be a strong advantage.
