Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 6-8 years of experience and a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, data structures, algorithms, SQL databases, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture. Candidates should be engineering graduates and have hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, Linux-based environments, deployment, and monitoring. Strong exposure to AI tools, AI/ML systems, LLM-based frameworks, vector databases, or AI-driven automation is highly preferred, along with the ability to apply AI to improve development speed, reliability, and innovation.
