What will you do:

• Respond to employee/partner requests according to defined criteria, formalizing them in a tool (ServiceNow) across all administrative processes related to Personnel (Payroll, Benefits, etc.) and other areas (Recruitment, Training, Personal Data, etc.).

• Analyze requests to best meet the needs of employees and partners.

• Update information and data in the tools available to employees and/or partners.

• Measure responses to employee/partner requests (quality/delivery times) in order to create, monitor, and challenge performance indicators for better management of the activity and associated progress.

• Handle calls, respond to requests, and assist employees with information related to payroll, individual social reports, transportation, etc., using existing IT systems/tools.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of French, Good knowledge of English

• Proficient in using IT tools and systems Customer-oriented;

• Proactive Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
