Position Summary
As a Project Controls Lead, you will be responsible forworking with Operations to ensure efficient and effective budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination processes along with ensuring goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed parameters. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and training new employees on standard procedures while fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.This role will support data center and mission critical projects while focusing on medium voltage (MV) duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.

What It Takes
- Bachelor’s degreein Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- General knowledgeof accounting and business operations
- Project cost analysis experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to various project sites
Desired Qualifications
- B2W Software experience
- Knowledge of P6
- Michels Underground CableInc. experience and/or profound knowledge of the construction industry
