Automotive Sales Manager (AI-First) (m/f/d)

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, and product organizations to deliver value for customers and support Micron's continued growth in the automotive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Support account planning, forecasting, and business development activities.
• Drive customer engagement and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
• Bringing to bear AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
• Find opportunities to simplify and improve sales processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to influence across teams.
• Using AI to increase efficiency as well as a strong interest in automation, and digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, automotive, technology, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Power BI, and AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience in account management, forecasting, or commercial strategy.

The total compensation salary range that Micron estimates it could pay for this full-time position is

The salary range represents the total target compensation (TTC), including base salary and a variable performance-based component. The base salary accounts for the 70% of the total compensation for Sales roles.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the position.

In addition to base pay, the remuneration package also includes: eligibility for a variable plan subject to the personal achievement of objectives and the company's performance, and benefits, which -at the discretion of the company- currently include meal vouchers, corporate welfare, yearly allowance of remote working days, supplementary health insurance, life coverage, Employee Assistance Program.
