CIP Identification & Fan-Out Deployment

• Lead the identification, assessment, and prioritization of high-value CIP opportunities across each product families and manufacturing organizations.
• Drive replication and deployment of proven productivity, yield, quality, cycle-time, and cost improvement CIPs across multiple products and sites.
• Coordinate qualification, implementation, and validation activities to ensure successful CIP adoption and sustainability.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Product Engineering, and Quality teams to accelerate CIP deployment.

Governance & Program Management

• Develop and maintain standardized CIP selection criteria, fan-out workflows, and validation methodologies.
• Establish governance processes to monitor CIP deployment effectiveness, implementation status, realized benefits, and business impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and execution discipline.
• Ensure timely achievement of productivity and operational excellence commitments through effective project management.

AI-Driven Productivity & Advanced Analytics

• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities, uncover productivity gaps, and recommend high-value CIP candidates.
• Develop AI-enabled dashboards and automated reporting solutions to monitor CIP deployment status, benefits realization, and organizational adoption.
• Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to identify emerging trends, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation and Data Analytics teams to integrate AI technologies into continuous improvement and fan-out processes.
• Promote AI adoption and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making effectiveness.

Knowledge Management & Learning Replication

• Establish structured knowledge management systems to capture, standardize, and share validated improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate best-practice transfer and lessons learned replication across HBM product generations and manufacturing areas.
• Develop digital repositories and searchable knowledge platforms to accelerate CIP adoption and organizational learning.
• Support continuous improvement culture by promoting data-driven problem solving and knowledge sharing.

Business Value Realization

• Quantify and track realized benefits from CIP deployments, including productivity improvement, yield gain, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and cycle-time reduction.
• Identify opportunities to maximize value capture from existing and newly developed CIPs.
• Support site-level productivity improvement initiatives aligned with Micron strategic objectives.
