Main Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot systems to support QMS operational requests
- Comply with business processes, standards, and SOPs
- Work with end users to clarify and execute setup requirements
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all executions
- Perform troubleshooting for reported issues
- Assist in assigned improvement projects
- Manage audit and customer visit preparations
Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience
- Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent related field of study
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in programming skill such as Python, R and SQL are preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Process good teamwork, self-motivated, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal direction
- Proven track record to multi tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accept flexible job responsibilities and take initiative to assume added responsibilities
