  • Experience supporting large-scale capital construction projects valued at $1B+ within industrial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, or similar environments
  • Strong expertise in quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo schedule and cost simulations, contingency development, and risk forecasting
  • Working knowledge of construction contracts, claims management, project schedules, construction documents, OSHA construction standards, and AI tools such as Copilot or equivalent technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as PMI-RMP, PMP, CCP, CEP, DRMP, CCM, or Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication facility construction, including cleanrooms, process utility systems, central utility plants, or related infrastructure
  • Experience with commissioning, production turnover readiness, integrated project delivery, advanced work packaging, or lean construction methodologies
