As a Cloud Solution Architect for Copilot and Agents, you will do exactly that with Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents and artificial intelligence.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to turn modern cloud and AI capabilities into real-world scenarios that drive innovation and measurable value. Your role sits where strategy meets execution. You will shape how customers adopt, scale and govern AI as part of their digital transformation.

You will combine your understanding of customer goals, market trends and Microsoft cloud architectures to guide organizations from first experiments to lasting transformation. You will help customers:

• Find the use cases that matter most
• Design adoption approaches that work for their people
• Remove the blockers that slow them down

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer and partner experience through efficient delivery, ensuring a seamless and connected engagement that supports value realization, improved satisfaction, and acceleration of transformation.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback, insights, success stories, and strategic or technical input with internal teams, and contribute to identifying patterns across customers or industries that inform actionable insights and product improvements.
• Contribute to identifying, escalating, and mitigating technical and business blockers using appropriate tools and processes to accelerate solution deployment, usage, and business outcome realization.
• Help customers adopt and use solutions aligned with Microsoft product and platform strategy by translating business problems into industry solutions, explaining the business value and return on investment.
• Collaborate across Microsoft and customer or partner teams to deliver on-strategy engagements, manage business and technical risks in line with governance principles, and ensure work complies with industry and Microsoft guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
  • OR equivalent experience

• As this role will involve collaboration with local customers, fluency in German is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND solid experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
• Solid experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• Solid experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Fluency in French

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 126,000.00 - CHF 208,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
