Our work helps to protect users and their mission critical infrastructure in a fast-changing security landscape. We create and support new business opportunities across Microsoft, especially with the large and growing Windows installation base. We build delightful experiences for our customers and build products and solutions to empower our commercial and enterprise customers to keep their devices secure, compliant and up to date with latest innovations in Windows.
We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead a team of TPMs and Product Managers across Windows Server and Networking, two foundational areas that power enterprise workloads and experiences across the Windows ecosystem. This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable going deep into complex technical problems and stepping back to understand the broader product, customer, and business context. You will help your team navigate ambiguity, make the right technical and product tradeoffs, use data and customer signals to drive decisions, and influence teams across organizational boundaries. You will lead and grow a high-performing team of PMs, creating clarity and accountability while developing their technical depth, product judgment, and leadership capabilities. You will attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent and build an inclusive environment where people can do their best work.
As an AI-First leader, you will incorporate and coach your team on the responsible and effective use of AI across product management and engineering execution. You will also help identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve how we understand customer problems, diagnose and manage Windows systems, and deliver secure and reliable experiences at scale.
We value passion, creativity, drive, agility, accountability, technical curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and delivering exceptional Windows experiences is our top priority. If you're excited about leading and developing a solid PM organization, shaping critical Windows Server and Networking investments, solving difficult technical and customer problems, and creating impact at Windows scale, we would love to hear from you.
