Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Miele Professional Geräten beim Kunden vor Ort

  • Durchführung der Einsätze auf Basis elektronisch übermittelter Serviceaufträge

  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsstandards

  • Technische Beratung sowie Instruktion der Anwenderinnen und Anwender

  • Funktion als zuverlässige technische Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden

  • Sie führen Ihre Einsätze mit Ihrem Miele Servicefahrzeug gemäss Einsatzplanung durch.

Das überzeugt uns

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf (z. B. Elektroinstallateur/in, Montage-Elektriker/in, Automatiker/in oder gleichwertig)

  • Selbständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsorientierung

  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden

  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse

  • Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

  • Wohnsitz in der Einsatzregion in der Deutschschweiz
