  • Able to sort the issue observed into Functional

    and Infra category and liaise with respective teams.

  • Configuring RPA processes and objects using core

    workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and

    easy to understand.

  • Supporting existing processes and implementing

    change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

  • Ensure technology framework is followed as per

    guidelines for all automation enhancement opportunities across business

    units and operations.

  • Prepare complexity assessment for all processes.
  • Prepare project plan for each automation

    enhancement opportunity.

  • Create / Maintain reusable component for all processes.
  • Prepare technical help card for Business

    stakeholders.

  • Work closely with IT-PMO for inputs / approvals

    throughout automation lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or

    Information Systems.

  • 2+ years of experience RPA tools such as (UiPath/ BluePrism/ Automation Anywhere).
  • Hands-on technical automation/RPA development

    experience.

  • Good experience in DBMS and experience in writing SQL

    queries.

  • Should have implement at least (UiPath/ BluePrism/ Automation Anywhere) project.
