Location : Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai
Work Model : Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Work Hours : 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM IST
Role Overview :
We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and modern software engineering practices. This role combines strong technical development skills with expertise in AI-driven process optimization to accelerate business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, Technology Teams, and Business Stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Build and integrate GenAI, AI Agents, NLP, OCR, and Machine Learning capabilities into automation workflows.
- Develop scalable applications and services using C#, .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, APIs, and Microservices.
- Evaluate business challenges and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party platforms using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve implemented AI and automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and solution architecture discussions.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver innovative automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong software development experience using :
1. .NET / C#
2. Python
3. Angular
4. SQL
5. REST APIs & Microservices
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Azure Cloud and modern development tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with secure authentication frameworks such as OAuth, SAML, JWT, MFA, and Okta.
- Knowledge of testing, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, OCR, and LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Experience with intelligent automation and RPA tools such as :

2. Automation Anywhere
3. Blue Prism
4. Microsoft Power Platform
5. Pega
6. Selenium
7. Playwright
- Knowledge of vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience building AI-enabled chatbots, copilots, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Prior exposure to professional services, accounting technology, or consulting environments is an added advantage.
