Are you passionate about Agile practices, team collaboration, and cybersecurity innovation? Join our client’s Cybersecurity Engineering team as a Scrum Master to manage and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, secure development environment.

As a Scrum Master, you will guide distributed engineering teams in applying Agile frameworks and best practices to deliver high-quality cybersecurity solutions. You will facilitate team processes, remove impediments, and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role involves close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders across multiple delivery streams, ensuring clear communication, robust planning, and effective dependency management.

Requirements

• Lead and coach a Scrum team to apply Agile principles for sprint execution and delivery.
• Facilitate internal communication, meetings, and effective decision-making processes.
• Ensure collaboration using appropriate Agile tools; track delivery progress and manage dependency risks.
• Inspire continuous improvement in Scrum practices and team performance.
• Foster transparency, motivation, and accountability within the team.
• Work with Product Owners to refine and manage backlogs and priorities.
• Coordinate across teams (Scrum of Scrums) to meet Cybersecurity delivery objectives.

Benefits

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams.
• Expertise in Agile practices, techniques, and tools, including backlog management, burndown metrics, retrospectives, and defect management.
• Experience managing custom software development and/or digital product projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity environments and DevSecOps practices is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Product Owner experience.
