Mindra is the orchestration layer for autonomous AI agents. Companies are drowning in a mess of disconnected models, APIs, and one-off integrations - we're the runtime that makes them actually work together. Multi-agent workflows, adaptive routing, the whole stack.
We raised $1.2M pre-seed (TQ Ventures led). We're 7 people, based in Istanbul, founded by 3 Koç alums. We just started shipping to enterprise customers and need someone who can move with us.
This is a founding engineer role. Not a senior IC at a Series B. You'll have your hands on every part of the system, you'll ship code that goes to prod the same day, and your decisions will outlive you in the codebase.
What you'll actually do
Build across the stack - frontend (Next.js/TS), backend (Python), infra (AWS), and the AI layer (agent orchestration, RAG, evals, model routing). Not "full-stack" as a buzzword. We mean you'll touch all of it in a single week.
Own features end-to-end. From "this is broken / we need this" → design → ship → on-call when it breaks at 3am.
Talk to customers directly. Founding engineers debug with users, not through a PM.
Make architectural calls early. The codebase is small enough that what you write is the foundation.
Move fast on AI tooling. The space changes weekly. You should already be the kind of person who tries new models the day they drop.
Who we want
2-3 years of experience. Could be full-time, could be internships + serious side projects. We don't care about titles.
Cross-functional, not siloed. You've shipped frontend, you've written backend, you've deployed something on AWS, and you've integrated an LLM somewhere. You don't say "that's not my area."
You've built something on your own. A side project, a tool you wrote because you got annoyed, a hackathon thing that actually worked. We want to see what you've built when nobody was telling you to.
Startup tempo. You've worked at an early-stage startup, or you've run your own thing. You know what 996 means and you're choosing it on purpose. If you want predictable 9-to-5, this isn't it.
Bias to ship. We'd rather you push a working version today than a perfect one next week. You're allergic to over-planning.
Stack
Python, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, every AI tool worth using (and a few that aren't). Postgres. We're not religious about any of it - you'll have a real say in what we use going forward.
Comp
$3,500-$5,000/month + 0% to 1.5% equity. Range is real. Where you land depends on experience, what you've shipped, and how much you take on. We'll talk numbers openly.
Logistics
Where: Istanbul preferred, ideally in the office most days. Remote works for the right person but you'll want to be in the room when things are getting built.
Hours: 996 culture. Long days, six days a week, by choice. If that sounds like hell, don't apply. If it sounds like the most fun you'll have in your 20s, talk to us.
