Principal Forward Deployed Architect

Role Purpose

The Principal Forward Deployed Architect is a founding technical leadership role responsible for establishing Minfy's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capability and AI-native engineering standards. The role focuses on defining how Minfy designs, builds and scales enterprise AI solutions through reusable platforms, engineering excellence and deep customer engagement.

Unlike a traditional Delivery or Practice Leader, this role is accountable for creating the technical foundation that powers Minfy's AI platforms (MIP, VISTA, CDP and future industry solutions) while enabling engineering teams to deliver faster, more consistently and at enterprise scale.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture for strategic AI programmes and customer engagements.
• Define AI-native engineering standards, architecture principles and technical governance.
• Act as the senior technical advisor for complex AI initiatives.
• Serve as a member of the Architecture Review Board, representing the AI CoE, providing technical assessment of data & AI solutions and proposals to customers.

Platform Engineering & Reusable IP

• Develop common AI frameworks, SDKs, agent libraries, evaluation frameworks and reference architectures.
• Enable all Minfy platforms (MIP, VISTA, CDP and future offerings) through shared engineering capabilities rather than building platform-specific solutions.
• Drive platform reuse, engineering productivity and technical consistency across the organisation.

Forward Deployed Engineering

• Define the FDE operating model, engineering practices and AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC).
• Establish architecture review processes, engineering quality standards and production readiness frameworks.

Business Development & Technical Pre-Sales

• Contribute in technical pre-sales for VISTA, MIP (Media Analytics/Intelligence Platform) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) - solutioning, PoCs/demos, and technical responses to RFI/RFPs.
• Partner with BD/Sales on deal qualification and technical win strategy.

Evangelism & Thought Leadership

• Evangelize EGIRA, TRUST-7 and Shield360 with Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze (PGSB) customers through briefings, webinars and joint customer sessions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and convert them into enterprise-ready capabilities.
• Build reusable intellectual property that differentiates Minfy in the market.
