Mirantis is an American infrastructure software company founded in 1999 that helps enterprises run container and cloud platforms on their own hardware rather than on public cloud. It began as an OpenStack specialist, acquired Docker Enterprise in 2019 and now sells Kubernetes distributions, container runtimes and managed services aimed at organisations with regulatory, cost or latency reasons to keep workloads in their own data centres. Headquartered in Campbell, California with a substantial engineering presence in eastern Europe, it competes with Red Hat and the cloud providers' own managed offerings.

Mirantis is building the modern infrastructure for AI and data-intensive applications. With a history of open source innovation, Mirantis empowers teams to deliver production-ready platforms across any environment on-premises, in the cloud, at the edge, or in data centers. As enterprises navigate the growing complexity of AI-driven workloads, Mirantis delivers the automation, orchestration, and policy-driven control needed to manage infrastructure with confidence.. Committed to open standards, Mirantis ensures that customers retain full control of their infrastructure strategy.

Mirantis serves many of the world’s leading enterprises, including Adobe, DocuSign, Liberty Mutual, PayPal, Reliance Jio, Societe Generale, Splunk, and Volkswagen. Learn more at www.mirantis.com.

  • Drive target-account engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution in partnership with Sales and Demand Generation.
  • Coordinate event outreach and lead handoff with Sales and Demand Generation, aligning on campaign targeting, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Own field-specific assets, including event invitations, landing pages, event briefs, and onsite engagement materials.
  • Collaborate with partners and channel teams on joint programs, adapting global campaigns for EMEA markets.

Regional Market Intelligence & Program Optimization

  • Gather EMEA market and customer insights to inform global marketing and regional GTM priorities.
  • Track engagement, meetings, pipeline contribution, and ROI; maintain accurate Salesforce data and report on program performance.
  • Manage assigned budgets, track spend, and recommend program optimizations.

  • Apply AI-assisted approaches to content development, event planning, research, data analysis, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through practical use of AI and automation, sharing effective approaches with the wider marketing team.

Required:

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple events or field marketing programs from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset and understanding of how field marketing contributes to pipeline and sales.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including occasional US travel.
