Что предстоит делать:

Администрировать рабочие станции (Windows 10/11) и пользовательское ПО
Поддерживать и развивать серверную инфраструктуру (Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, RDS)
Управлять доступами и политиками безопасности в Active Directory
Администрировать файловые, печатные и терминальные сервисы
Работать с виртуализацией (VMware ESXi)
Настраивать и сопровождать сетевую инфраструктуру (VLAN, VPN, firewall, маршрутизация)
Настраивать резервное копирование и контролировать восстановление данных
Мониторить инфраструктуру и оперативно устранять инциденты
Участвовать в развитии IT-инфраструктуры и внедрении новых решений
Взаимодействовать с подрядчиками и поставщиками

Что важно для нас:

Опыт работы системным администратором от 3 лет
Уверенные знания Windows Server и Active Directory
Опыт работы с виртуализацией (VMware)
Практический опыт настройки сетей (MikroTik или аналогичное оборудование)
Понимание принципов информационной безопасности и резервного копирования
Опыт работы с Linux будет плюсом
Умение самостоятельно принимать решения и доводить задачи до результата
