About the Role

The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

This position requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager is responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. The role also drives continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.

Ultimately, this position ensures the successful delivery of high-impact projects that contribute to the company's strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive project management experience, including large-scale or complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with project management software such as Wrike, Microsoft Project/Planner, Jira, or Asana.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to project delivery.
• Experience in the development of electronic and software products, particularly for industrial and commercial applications.
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA or Master's in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to achieve project milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide transparent communication to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and integrate lessons learned and best practices into future initiatives.

Additional Information

• The compensation range for this position is provided in CAD.
• This is a full-time, on-site position located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
• Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally, including the United States and Europe, as business needs require.
