To strengthen our motivated IT team in Greensboro, NC we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Adminstrator to provide comprehensive IT support and technological leadership.
Your Role
You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration technologies, and business applications
You will support local network infrastructure, wireless networks, firewalls, servers and telecommunications systems
You are ambitious to lead and participate in local, regional, and global IT projects
You will maintain endpoint lifecycle management, asset inventory, software deployment, and patch compliance
You will manage ITSM tickets, incidents, requests, esclations, and vendor coordination
You are committed to supporting manufacturing and operational technologies, including production systems and industrial devices
Your Profile
You have a Bacehlor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
You have already gained 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support
You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exhange Online, Teams, and Windows technologies
- You have an understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching and wireless networking
