We are looking for a Director of Process Management who designs, implements, and governs the overall corporate process structure to define, standardize, and scale business operations. This executive position directly leads the Process Management team - consisting of a Jira Administrator, a Salesforce Administrator, and a Documentation Specialist - to translate high-level process architecture into automated, enforced, and fully documented system.workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework & Process Architecture: Define company-wide BPM principles, standards, and common operational language; create guidelines, policies, and frameworks for process modeling, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership & Platform Governance: Direct, mentor, and set priorities for the Jira Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, and Documentation Specialist to ensure tool configurations and documentation align with core process standards.
• Process Analysis & Re-Engineering: Map, visualize, and analyze existing cross-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies, errors, and delays; plan and execute short- and long-term business process re-engineering projects.
• Executive Support & Stakeholder Alignment: Work directly with senior management across all business units to gather process data, build buy-in for BPM concepts, and provide hands-on guidance during rollout phases.
• Monitoring, Compliance & Metrics: Establish continuous auditing procedures to ensure ongoing organizational compliance with corporate BPM standards; define and track process efficiency metrics to demonstrate cost reduction and quality gains.
• Knowledge Base Oversight: Guide the Documentation Specialist in building and maintaining a centralized repository of standardized operating procedures (SOPs), process visualizations, and user guides.

Requirements

• Management Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience in business process management, business architecture, or operational excellence, including direct management of technical and operational specialists.
• BPM & Methodology Expertise: Deep working knowledge of process modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Agile) and visualization tools (e.g., Drawio, Miro).
• Tool & Platform Proficiency: Functional understanding of Jira (Agile administration, workflow automation) and Salesforce (CRM process execution, data governance) sufficient to oversee platform administrators.
• Change Management & Communication: Proven ability to manage organizational change and collaborate effectively with C-level executives and department heads to drive adoption.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated capability to design long-term operational roadmaps, turn qualitative feedback into quantitative process improvements, and control operational costs.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, BPM certifications (e.g., CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are preferred.
